Practicalities
SESSIONS
I offer in person sessions from my home in Stoke Newington (Lordship Road, N16 - near Manor House Tube) and also online.
Availability: I run my private practice:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays - day time and evening, and Thursday morning and lunch time. Please contact me for availability.

FEES and rhythm
I charge £70-£80 for a 50 minute session, we can discuss when we speak - based on affordability, timing and location. I also have a small number of slots which I offer at a lower rate so please do get in touch if therapy is not affordable for you.

I tend to work weekly and longer term / open ended - allowing us freedom for unfolding at your pace, with the weekly rhythm allowing important continuity, at least in the early stages. We will then work towards an ending when you feel ready. This being said I am very happy to discuss with you financial / other constraints on our work and move forward with our ending in mind.

FIRST STEP
I understand it can be daunting starting therapy, even navigating the many choices. I offer a free initial call on zoom (20-30 minutes) where we can get a bit of a sense of each other, and see how it might feel to work together. It's also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and I will ask some myself. There is no rush to make a decision.
